Shipping policy

At SKINØ(ScandiSocialPro), we strive for fast, secure, and reliable delivery of your products. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Göteborg, Sweden.

Delivery Times within Sweden

Normal delivery time is 3–10 business days from the moment the order is confirmed and payment is received. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company, the recipient's location, and any public holidays. The delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, customs handling, or events beyond our control (force majeure). Normal processing time to pack and prepare your order is 1–3 business days before the package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

The shipping fee is calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders over 499 SEK qualify for free shipping.

For orders under 499 SEK, a shipping fee of 49 SEK applies.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., significant fuel price increases), but such changes apply only to new orders.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the shipping company's tracking service (usually PostNord or similar). You can then track your package all the way to your door.

Delivery Methods

We use reliable shipping companies such as PostNord, DHL, or equivalents. Packages are normally delivered to the nearest pickup point or directly to your mailbox/door, depending on the package size. Home delivery or express shipping can be selected at checkout for an additional fee (if available).

Transfer of Risk

Ownership and risk for the products pass to you as the customer when the package has been handed over to the shipping company. Thereafter, the shipping company is responsible for any damage or delays during transport.

Uncollected or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected within the shipping company's specified time, it will be returned to us. For unclaimed packages, we charge a fee of 150 SEK to cover our costs for return shipping, administration, and handling. This fee will be deducted from any refund of the order amount. We strongly recommend that you track your package using the tracking link to avoid this.

Delivery Issues

If the package is damaged upon arrival: Report this directly to the pickup point and contact us immediately at support@facetan.shop with photos of the damage.

If the package does not arrive within a reasonable time: Contact us, and we will help you track or file a claim with the shipping company.

Under Swedish consumer law, you have the right to complain about incorrect or delayed deliveries, but we disclaim liability for delays beyond our control. In the event of transport damage, it is important that you also keep all packaging materials so that we can make a proper claim with the shipping company.

International Shipping (EU and the Rest of the World)

We currently only offer delivery within Sweden. If you are interested in delivery to other countries, please contact us at support@facetan.shop for an individual quote. Any customs duties, VAT, and import costs are paid by the recipient.

We currently deliver to Sweden and selected countries within the EU. Delivery times for international shipments are normally 5–15 business days. Any customs duties or import costs for deliveries outside the EU are paid by the recipient.
